There was a change in noise level after ingress on the following occultation: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS Level Change Time ----------- ----------------- --- ------------ -------- 15683i 2002/253-22:09:00 45 -1 dB step ~100 s The following occultation was captured at two different antennas: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS #1 DSS #2 ----------- ----------------- ------ ------ 15680i 2002/253-16:16:00 63 15 Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from OSCAR and EPIC: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ ODF: 02253O254_10S.SJO;1 2253254A.ODF Anomalies --------- The MGS NAV Team has submitted ISA Z77491: MGS range tracking data (SRA) collected by DSS 65 on 09/08/2002 from 05:55:00 to 17:20:00 UTC (the entire pass) displayed discontinuities and biases, making the data useless for orbit determination analysis. The magnitudes of the SRA data residual discontinuities ranged from -91000 RU to +100000 RU. Overall, the SRA tracking data residuals had a mean of -6042 RU and a sigma of 40016.6 RU. The DSS-45 range data from 02:00 to 06:15 on Sep 8 and from 02:45 to 05:00 on Sep 9 (passes preceding and superseding the DSS-65 pass) appeared normal.
