Levels returned to normal about 100 seconds before ingress. Data collected from occultation 15710i (DSS 45, start time 2002/256- 03:07:00) has +/-0.3 dB 100 s modulation of the carrier amplitude. Data collected from occultation 15751i (DSS 65, start time 2002/259- 11:33:00) have +/-0.3 dB variations in carrier amplitude prior to ingress, then an unusual decay after ingress. SNR is also about 5 dB below expectations.
