The last measurement collected in a pass by DSS 43, occultation 15858i (start time 2002/268-05:27:00) did not capture ingress, since the end of tracking occurred in the middle of the measurement. This measurement was successfully captured at DSS 65, however. The first measurement collected from DSS 65, occultation 15858i (start time 2002/268-05:27:00) had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude in addition to max SNR and carrier gain levels 3 dB lower than expected.
