The last measurement collected at DSS 65 (occultation 15961i, start time 2002/276-15:30:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. The first three out of five measurements collected by DSS 25 (occultations 15961i through 15963i, start times 2002/276-15:30:00 through 19:26:00) had either no carrier (15961i, 15963i) or had max SNR and carrier levels up to 20 dB lower than expected (15962i). The first measurement (15961i) was sucessfully captured at DSS 65. The remaining two measurements in this pass had max SNR and carrier levels within the expected range.
