The last measurement collected at DSS 63 (occultation 16450i, start time 2002/316-14:45:00) had carrier and max SNR levels about 5 dB lower than expected. This occultation was also succesfully collected at DSS 25. The last measurement collected at DSS 25 (occultation 16452i, start time 2002/316-18:40:00) had no signal; recording took place after the scheduled end of tracking.
