The analog-to-digital converters were saturated by 4-6 dB in each case. The first measurement collected from DSS 15 (occultation 16543i, start time 2002/324-13:01:00) showed +/-0.1 dB modulation on the free-space carrier amplitude with period of ~ 7 s. This modulation is consistent with previous modulation reports at DSS 15 since DOY 273.
