Occultation 16771i also has +/-0.4 dB 70 s oscillations. The modulation has been present in DSS 15 data for several weeks (see HEA2330A.TXT and ISA Z78518). Noise level dropped about 1.5 dB 150 s after ingress 16772i (DSS 45, start time 2002/342-22:22:00). Carrier amplitude is noisy (+/-0.3 dB) leading up to ingress 16775i (DSS 45, start time 2002/343-04:15:00). This occultation was near the end of the pass and probably results from the low elevation angle.
