The last three out of four measurements captured by DSS 65 (occultations 16790i, 16791i, and 16792i with start times 2002/344-09:41:00, 11:38:00, and 13:36:00) had carrier and max SNR levels about 4 dB lower than expected. Occultation 16792i was also successfully collected by DSS 25. The third measurement captured by DSS 65, (occultation 16791i, start time 2002/344-11:38:00) had an additional +1 dB ramp in the carrier level over 2.5 minutes before ingress.
