Two measurements (occultations 16829i and 16831i, start times 2002/347-14:11:00 and 18:06:00, respectively) had the usual +/-0.2 dB and ~7 s period oscillations. The last measurement (occultation 16832i, start time 2002/347- 20:03:00) showed more severe oscillations, with amplitude +/-1.0 dB and ~4 s period as well as a -12 dB drop in the carrier amplitude over ~10 s that occurred ~20 s before ingress. The first two measurements collected at DSS 65 on DOY 348 (occultations 16837i and 16838i with start times 2002/348-05:52:00 and 07:50:00) had lower than expected free-space carrier levels (4 dB and 2 dB, respectively). The maximum SNR levels were low by comparable amounts. A similar problem was noted at DSS 65 in HEA2345A.TXT. The third measurement captured by DSS 65 on DOY 348 (occultation 16839i with start time 2002/348-09:47:00) had a -0.2 dB ramp in the free-space carrier level over ~4 min with resets at ~250 s and ~30 s before ingress, similar to those noted in HEA2347A.TXT. The last measurement collected from DSS 65 on DOY 348 (occultation 16840i with start time 2002/348-11:45:00) had +/-0.2 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier level and a +1 dB step in the noise level ~ 150 s after ingress. The first and last measurements collected by DSS 65 on DOY 349 (occultations 16849i and 16853i, start times 2002/349-05:24:00 and 13:15:00) had free-space carrier and max SNR levels about 2 dB lower than expected.
