Data from occultations 16875i and 16876i (DSS 63, start times 2002/351- 08:24:00 and 10:22:00, respectively) have oscillations in both the carrier and post-ingress noise levels. These resemble the anomalies noted above (ISA 78518) except that we do not see noise oscillations at DSS 15. Amplitude of the oscillations at DSS 63 was +/-0.1 dB for the first measurement; the period was about 7 s. For the second, the carrier oscillated +/-0.1 dB with a 5 s period while the noise power oscillated with amplitude +/-0.3 dB and period 10 s. Data from the following occultations have (random) fluctuations in the carrier level. In each case, the data were collected at low elevation angles. For occultation 16873i at DSS 63, the carrier and SNR were also 5 dB below expected values; the same occultation was about 3 dB low at DSS 45.
