The last measurement collected at DSS 45 had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude, probably due to low elevation (occultation 17227i, with start time 2003/015-02:51:00). The first measurement scheduled in the pass at DSS 63 was lost due to a scripting error (occultation 17241i, start time 2003/016-06:19:00). All other measurements in this pass were successfully collected.
