There were two late notifications for passes from DSS 34 and DSS 45 on DOY 019; the retrieved data will be included in tomorrow's health report. Tomorrow's health report will also include this month's egress scans from DSS 63, 25 and 45 on DOY 2003/021. The last measurement from DSS 15 (occultation 17260i, with start time 2003/017-19:35:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuationas in the free-space carrier amplitude, probably due to low elevation. The first measurement from DSS 63 on 2003/018 (occultation 17265i, start time 2003/018-05:23:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. Carrier level was about 4 dB lower than expected for the first measurement collected by DSS 63 on day 019 (occultation 17277i, start time 2003/019-04:55:00. Initially, there were +/-0.7 dB random carrier amplitude fluctuations for the last measurement from DSS 63 on DOY 2003/019 (occultation 17280i, with start time 2003/019-10:48:00). The fluctuations were also seen before telemetry turned off. The carrier amplitude stabilized and returned to normal levels about three minutes before ingress, however. The last measurement from DSS 63 on DOY 2003/020 did not successfully capture ingress as the scheduled end of tracking occurred about three minutes before ingress (occultation 17293i, start time 2003/020-12:18:00). The signal-to-noise ratio was also about 5 dB lower than nominal, presumably because of the low elevation angle. Data collection began four minutes after the scheduled end of tracking for the last measurement from DSS 25 on DOY 2003/020 (occultation 17297i with start time 2003/020-20:09:00). The ingress occultation was not captured.
