Problems are expected to be resolved by the time of tomorrow's health report, which should include the expected data from DOY 023 (mentioned in HEA3024A.TXT) as well as remaining data from DOY 025 and 026. The first measurement collected by DSS 63 had free-space carrier levels about 4 dB lower than expected with +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the carrier amplitude (occultation 17338i, with start time 2003/024-04:34:00). The duration of the first measurement captured by DSS 45 was about two minutes shorter than usual. Normally, there are about 5 minutes between telemetry turning off and ingress, and there were only about 3 minutes for occultation 17344i (with start time 2003/024-06:21:00). Of the 3 minutes, the first 30 seconds initially had carrier levels about 5 dB lower than expected. This measurement was also successfully collected by DSS 15. Data from DSS 63, occultation 17352i (with start time 2003/025-08:02:00) had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude.
