The data from DOY 023 include passes on DSS 63 and DSS 25. There are still two passes from DOY 026 (on DSS 15) and DOY 027 (on DSS 45) that, due to difficulties querying, will be included in tomorrow's health report instead of today's. All four measurements from DSS 15 on DOY 025 were lost due to a scripting error (occultations 17354i through 17357i, with start times 2003/025-11:57:00 through 17:51:00). The first measurement scheduled from DSS 63 on DOY 027 was lost due to a scripting error (occultation 17375i, with start time 2003/027-05:09:00). The remaining three measurements from this pass were successfully collected. Free-space carrier levels were 2 dB lower than expected with +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in amplitude for the first and last measurements collected by DSS 63 on DOY 023 (occultation 17326i with start time 2003/023-05:02:00 and 17329i with start time 2003/023-10:55:00). The first measurement collected by DSS 63 on DOY 026 had free-space carrier levels about 2 dB lower than expected with +/-1 dB random fluctuations in the carrier amplitude (occultation 17363i, with start time 2003/026-05:37:00). The last measurement collected by DSS 63 on DOY 026 initially had free-space carrier levels about 3 dB lower then expected, levels dropped further to 7 dB lower than expected about three minutes before ingress. There were also +/-1 dB random fluctuations in the carrier amplitude over the entire measurement. There were +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude for the last measurement collected from DSS 45 on DOY 027 (occultation 17374i, with start time 2003/027-03:11:00). The last measurement captured by DSS 63 on DOY 027 (occultation 17378i, with start time 2003/027-11:02:00) had free-space carrier levels about 3 dB lower than expected.
