Although MATLAB is now loaded into the third-party software directory on the SOPC, we have not been able to activate the JPL version. The SA assessment is that we are not able to connect to the license manager because of firewall restrictions; the SA's will continue to seek a solution. MGS_CDR_QueryServer will go down for a catalog rebuild this afternoon; it will be off line for 36 hrs, meaning our automated queries for spacecraft engineering and DSN Monitor data will not run. Data will be available through other query servers; but the fact that MATLAB processing cannot be completed until the firewall problem is resolved has led to our decision to suspend ECH and MCH queries until next week. We have been unable to query for any RSR files during the past 24 hrs. Performance over the past week has slowly been getting worse. Aseel Anabtawi has contacted Data Control several times; the data appear to be loaded, but users aren't able to locate and download files through RSR_MASTER_QueryServer. These problems resemble the MGS_CDR_QueryServer catalog problems mentioned above, but Aseel has not been able to get any information from Data Control regarding the RSR problems. Engineering Data ================ Two summaries are included here; the first was delayed because our overnight query yesterday morning was interrupted by a spontaneous SOPC reboot. Because of query server and MATLAB issues noted above (Miscellaneous), we will suspend collection of spacecraft engineering and DSN Monitor data until next Tuesday at the earliest.
