But some search-path issues remain; none of the scripts we use for processing on the SOPC work unless absolute paths to the MATLAB executable are hard-wired into the code. And at least one routine called from MATLAB now fails on an indexing error. We are investigating. In the meantime, we continue to process spacecraft engineering, DSN Monitor, and RSR data by routing the files to our Stanford analysis machine and then back into the SOPC pipeline after the MATLAB work has been completed. We have been able to query successfully for data through day 041. The remaining data for day 036 through 041 will be included in upcoming health reports this week. All four measurements scheduled for collection by DSS 14 on day 032 were lost due to a scripting error (occultations 17440i through 17443i, with start times 2003/032-12:38:00 through 18:32:00). The third measurement collected from DSS 45 on day 034 had a ~20 second step in the free-space carrier amplitude as telemetry turned off when carrier levels were about 16 dB lower than expected before returning to normal levels (occultation 17468i, with start time 19:34:00). The following occultations had small random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude or carrier levels lower than expected: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS Comments ----------- ----------------- --- ---------------------- 17448i 2003/033-04:20:00 63 +/-0.5 dB carrier 4 dB 17452i 2003/033-12:11:00 15 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17454i 2003/033-16:06:00 15 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17464i 2003/034-11:43:00 63 Carrier 2 dB low 17466i 2003/034-15:38:00 45 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17473i 2003/035-05:22:00 63 +/-0.5 dB carrier 4 dB 17474i 2003/035-07:20:00 63 +/-1.0 dB random fluct 17475i 2003/035-09:18:00 63 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17476i 2003/035-11:15:00 63 +/-0.3 dB carrier 2 dB The following occultations were captured at two different antennas: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS #1 DSS #2 ----------- ----------------- ------ ------ 17454i 2003/033-16:06:00 15 45 17464i 2003/034-11:43:00 63 25 17466i 2003/034-15:38:00 25 45 17467i 2003/034-17:36:00 25 45 Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from OSCAR and EPIC: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ ODF: 03038O040_10S.SJO;1 3038040A.ODF ODF: 03041O042_10S.SJO;1 3041042A.ODF TROPCAL: ATC03FEB.CSP;3 3032045A.TRO WEATHER: WEATHER_60_LATEST.TXT;364 30010411.WEA WEATHER: WEATHER_60_LATEST.TXT;364 30010414.WEA WEATHER: WEATHER_60_LATEST.TXT;364 30010416.WEA EOP: 030211-eop.long 20203125.EOP EOP: 030211-eop.short 21243125.EOP Ancillary Data ============== Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from the DOM: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ AMD: amdgen.03-042.out 3040041A.AMD SAK: mgs_solar_array_2003-040.ck 3040040A.SAK SOE: mm253a.04.tsoe 3044047C.SOE TCK: mgs_spice_c_kernel_2003-040.ck 3040040A.TCK We have obtained the following files from NAIF: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ AGK: mgs_hga_ck_2003-02-01.bc 3032032A.AGK
