Data from DSS 63 on day 036 included two measurements for USO stability. Both were collected while telemetry was on and neither includes an occultation. The first covered 2003/036-05:48-06:08 (20 minutes), the second 2003/036-06:22- 06:51 (29 minutes). Two scheduled measurements at DSS 65 were lost to RSR usage conflicts (occultation 17487i, start time 2003/036-08:50:00; and occultation 17488i, start time 2003/036-10:48:00). The last measurment captured at DSS 63 on day 038 had carrier modulation at 15-60 Hz, rising to about 10 db above the noise level at +/-30 Hz. Cause is unknown. The following occultations had small random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude or had carrier levels lower than expected: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS Comments ----------- ----------------- --- --------------------------- 17485i 2003/036-04:54:00 63 +/-0.5 dB, carrier 4 dB low 17489i 2003/036-12:45:00 14 +/-0.5 dB, carrier 4 dB low 17490i 2003/036-14:43:00 14 +/-0.5 dB random fluct 17492i 2003/036-18:38:00 14 Carrier 2 dB low 17497i 2003/037-04:27:00 63 +/-1 dB, carrier 5 dB low 17501i 2003/037-12:17:00 25 Carrier 3 dB low 17503i 2003/037-22:06:00 45 Carrier 2 dB low 17515i 2003/038-15:45:00 15 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17516i 2003/038-17:43:00 15 +/-0.3 dB random fluct 17516i 2003/038-17:43:00 34 Carrier 2 dB low 17517i 2003/038-19:40:00 34 Carrier 2 dB low 17518i 2003/038-21:38:00 34 Carrier 2 dB low 17525i 2003/039-11:22:00 63 +/-0.5 dB, carrier 3 dB low 17533i 2003/040-03:04:00 45 +/-1 dB, carrier 2 dB low 17534i 2003/040-05:01:00 63 +/-0.5 dB, carrier 2 dB low 17538i 2003/040-12:52:00 25 Carrier 2 dB low 17546i 2003/041-04:33:00 65 Carrier 2 dB low 17547i 2003/041-06:31:00 65 Carrier 2 dB low 17548i 2003/041-08:29:00 65 Carrier 2 dB low 17549i 2003/041-10:26:00 65 Carrier 2 dB low The following occultations were captured at two different antennas: Occultation Start Date/Time DSS #1 DSS #2 ----------- ----------------- ------ ------ 17516i 2003/038-17:43:00 15 34 17525i 2003/039-11:22:00 63 15 Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from OSCAR: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ ODF: 03042O043_10S.SJO;1 3042043A.ODF Ancillary Data ============== Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from the DOM: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ AMD: amdgen.03-043.out 3042042A.AMD OPT: optg_m_030202_OD17454-17540_rec_V1 3033040A.OPT SAK: mgs_solar_array_2003-041.ck 3041041A.SAK SPK: spk_m_030202_OD17454-17540_rec_V1 3033040A.SPK TCK: mgs_spice_c_kernel_2003-041.ck 3041041A.TCK We have obtained the following files from NAIF: Original File Name Name on SOPC ------------------------------------ ------------ AGK: mgs_hga_ck_2003-02-02.bc 3033033A.AGK
