Currently, the only data we have still been unable to query for are a pair of measurements from day 037 on DSS 43 (occultations 17504i and 17505i, with start times 2003/037-18:10:00 and 2003/037-20:08:00). Aseel Anabtawi is currently investigating. From day 045 through 049, we continued to see free-space carrier levels about 3 dB lower than expected for all data collected by DSS 65; perhaps warranting a change in the gain settings. However, the most recent pass from DSS 65 on day 050 had both max SNR and carrier levels up to 20 dB lower than expected, suggesting more serious problems (occultations 17656i through 17659i, with start times 2003/050-04:19:00 through 2003/050-10:12:00). Cause currently unknown. All three measurements from DSS 15 on day 047 had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultations 17623i through 17625i, with start times 2003/047-11:35:00 through 2003/047-15:31:00). All five measurements from DSS 54 on day 048 had +/-0.5 dB random fluctutations in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultations 17632i through 17635i, with start times 2003/048-05:15:00 through 2003/048-11:08:00). The first measurement captured by DSS 14 on day 048 started about two minutes before the scheduled beginning of tracking, resulting in carrier levels that were initially up to 10 dB low, then stabilizing to about 5 dB lower than expected about 3 minutes before ingress, with +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultation 17635i, with start time 2003/048-11:08:00). This measurement was also successfully collected by DSS 54. We collected a duplicate set of the two USO stability test data from day 036 with slightly modified start and stop times (occultations 17485x and 17486x, with start times 2003/036-05:49:00 and 2003/036-06:23:00, and with stop times 2003/036-06:07:00 and 2003/036-06:47:00).
