The third measurement captured by DSS 65 had a -1 dB ramp in the noise level both before telemetry turned off and after ingress (occultation 17745i, with start time 2003/057-08:55:00). Occultation 17745i (with start time 2003/057-10:53:00) was captured by both DSS 65 and DSS 15, and both measurements had +/-0.3 dB fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude. The last measurement collected by DSS 15 had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultation 17749i, with start time 2003/057-18:44:00).
