All measurements listed above (occultations 17754i through 17756i, with start times 2003/058-04:32:00 through 2003/058-08:27:00) were affected. Both measurements at DSS 14 had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultations 17758i and 17759i, with start times 2003/058-12:23:00 and 2003/058-14:21:00). There were +/-1 dB fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude for the first measurement at DSS 43 (occultation 17760i, with start time 2003/058-16:18:00). Carrier levels and SNR were up to 10 dB lower than expected with +/-1 dB fluctuations for the fourth measurement from DSS 43 (occultation 17763i, with start time 2003/058-22:11:00). The free-space carrier levels were initially 5 dB low after telemetry turned off and about 5 dB low just before ingress, but dropped to as much as 10 dB below expected levels in between. There were +/-3 dB fluctuations seen in the noise level after ingress. The second to last measurement from DSS 43 had +/-0.3 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultation 17764i, with start time 2003/059-00:09:00). The last measurement from DSS 43 had +/-1 dB random fluctuation in the free-space carrier amplitude (occultation 17765i, with start time 2003/059-02:07:00).
