Of these, 13933 were occultations and 813 were tests or other operations. Of the 13933 attempted occultation observations, 13604 (90.5%) yielded good or potentially salvageable data, and 9.5% were unsuccessful. During the current occultation season -- since RSR operations began in December 2001 -- there have been 5408 attempted observations. Of these, 4812 were for occultation and 343 were tests or other operations. Of the attempted occultations, 4871 (96.2%) provided good or potentially salvageable data, and 192 (3.8%) were unsuccessful. Processing of raw occultation data lags acquisition because high-precision orbit reconstructions are needed for best results. Also, a significant fraction of the 'attempted' occultation observations are duplicates (overlapping coverage at different DSN complexes or, sometimes, more than one antenna at the same complex), in which cases only the better data may be fully reduced. 6921 unique profiles of neutral atmosphere temperature and pressure and 743 unique profiles of ionospheric electron density have been generated and are available from the Stanford MGS Radio Science web site. 7628 neutral and 877 ionospheric profiles have been delivered to PDS, but some of these are duplicates (improved results after reprocessing). The number of unique neutral profiles not yet delivered to PDS is 696; there are no undelivered electron density profiles.
