Dale Howell (LMCO) has estimated the spacecraft center of mass to be at the following position in spacecraft coordinates (units of meters) on 2003-069. The mass breakdown at the same time (699.588 kg total) was given in HEA3070A.TXT. Frank Lemoine (GSFC) notes that the estimated movement of the center of mass is about 7 cm in y and 1 cm in x and z over the four years since HGA deployment. All three measurements from DSS 14 on day 079 had ADC input levels about 3 dB lower than expected; but SNR was normal. Each had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the carrier level. Fluctuations were also seen before telemetry turned off (occultations 18014i through 18016i, start times 2003/079-10:30:00 through 2003/079-14:26:00). All four measurements from DSS 65 on day 080 had small steps of about +0.5 dB in the free-space carrier amplitude. The location of the steps varied between 1 minute before ingress to 3 minutes before ingress (occultations 18023i through 18026i, start times 2003/080-04:10:00 through 2003/080-10:03:00). ADC input levels were about 3 dB lower than expected for the first two measurements from DSS 14 on day 080 (occultations 18027i and 18028i, start times 2003/080-12:00:00 and 2003/080-13:58:00). SNR was nominal. There was a sharp rise of 2 dB for ~20 seconds followed by a sharp drop of about 3 dB for ~10 seconds in the free-space carrier amplitude that occurred over the thirty seconds immediately before ingress for the third measurement at DSS 14 on day 080 (occultation 18029i, start time 2003/080-15:56:00). The last measurement from DSS 14 on day 080 had ADC input levels about 5 dB lower than expected with +/-1 dB random fluctuations (occultation 18030i, with start time 2003/080-17:53:00). SNR was 3-4 dB below normal. But this may be explained by low elevation angles near the end of a pass.
