The last measurement from DSS 43 on day 088 had +/-0.5 dB variations in the free-space carrier amplitude and a +3 dB step in the noise level about 30 seconds after ingress (occultation 18119i, with start time 2003/088-00:27:00). All four measurements from DSS 54 on day 093 had +/- 1 to 2 dB random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude with +/-0.5 dB random fluctuation in the noise power after ingress (occultations 18182i through 18185i, with start times 2003/093-04:02:00 through 09:55:00). The first measurement from DSS 14 on day 096 did not record the carrier due to a scripting error (occultation 18222i, with start time 2003/096-10:29:00). The last measurement from DSS 14 on day 096 did not capture ingress as the scheduled end of tracking occurred about 2 minutes before ingress (occultation 18226i, with start time 2003/096-18:20:00). Almost all measurements collected at DSS 14 from day 092 through day 094 have had fairly severe random fluctuations in the free-space carrier amplitude (ranging from +/-0.5 to +/-2 dB), sometimes including spurs at about carrier +/-80 Hz, +/-120Hz, and +/-160Hz. The most recent measurements from day 095 and 096 have only had the spurs and not the fluctuations.
