The last measurement collected from DSS 25 on day 143 appears to have tracking end about three minutes before ingress; no occultation was observed (orbit number 18799i, with start time 2003/143-14:14:00). This measurement was successfully captured by both DSS 26 and DSS 43, however. All four measurements from DSS 43 on day 143 had frequency spurs at carrier +/-15 Hz (strong) and +/-60 Hz (weaker). Affected measurements include orbit numbers 18799i through 18802i, with start times from 2003/143-14:14:00 through 20:08:00. The first measurement collected by DSS 43 on day 143 had a -4 dB dip in the noise level after ingress that lasted about 30 seconds and occurred about 30 seconds after ingress (occultation 18799i, with start time 2003/143-14:14:00). The third measurement from DSS 43 on day 143 had a -5 dB dip in the noise level after ingress that lasted about 10 seconds and occurred ~40 s after ingress (occultation 18801i, with start time 2003/18:10:00). The last measurement from DSS 43 on day 143 had a -5 dB step in the noise level after ingress that occurred ~40 s after ingress (occultation 18802i, with start time 2003/143-20:08:00).
