  Anomalies
  ---------

     Two measurements from DSS 43 reported as lost in yesterday's health
report HEA3175A.TXT were succesfully queried for, although they had no
signal due to the antenna being red (as described in HEA3175A.TXT). The
measurements had orbit numbers 19190i and 19191i, with start times of
2003/175-13:11:00 and 15:09:00.

     The following occultation had small fluctuations in the free-space
carrier amplitude or frequency spurs:
