Only about a minute of signal was captured before ingress, with ADC input levels a little rough (+/-1 dB fluctuations) and SNR levels about 8 dB lower than expected for a nominal (mid-pass) observation. This occultation was also captured at DSS 65, with higher SNR. The last four measurements from DSS 26 on day 239 had a triangular "skirt" in the power spectrum starting about 20 dB above the noise baseline near the carrier and falling linearly toward the noise about 100 Hz on either side. The noise baseline itself seemed to vary between about 100 and 300 Hz from the carrier with amplitudes ranging from a few dB to none. Affected measurements were occultations 19969i through 19972i, with start times 2003/239-05:16:00 through 2003/239-11:09:00. The same spectral response has been seen in other data from DSS 26 recently (see HEA3227A.TXT).
