Harmonics continue to appear in spectra of data collected at DSS 43 (see HEA3266A.TXT). All measurements from DSS 25 on day 277 had both max SNR and ADC input levels up to 25 dB lower than expected (occultations 20432i through 20436i, with start times 2003/277-01:27:00 through 2003/277-09:18:00). The cause is currently unknown, although this was an OSM pass. The second measurement (out of 10) from DSS 43 on day 276 had ADC input levels about 20 dB lower than expected with +/-5 dB random fluctuations. This measurement was also successfully captured by DSS 25, at normal levels (occultation 20424e, with start time 2003/276-08:20:00).
