It was most pronounced in occultation 20741e (start time 2003/302-06:18:00) with amplitude +/-1 dB and a period of about 2 minutes. The structure looks like discontinuous sine wave segments. The discontinuities are as large as 1 dB immediately after egress; the entire structure damps out, but is still visible 12 minutes after egress when the recording ended. Occultation 20734e at DSS 63 (start time 2003/301-16:34:00) has +/-0.7 dB random fluctuations in the post-egress carrier amplitude. We continue to collect only occasional ingress occultations because the HGA rewind obscures the ingress. It appears from occultation 20736i (DSS 63, start time 2003/301-22:01:00) that the HGA rewind begins about 5 minutes before ingress. Uplink ramp leakage was seen in occultation 20740e and 20741e at DSS 15 on DOY 302. Spurs were seen in all egress occultations at DSS 43 on 2003/301 (+/-180, 300 Hz). All egress occultations and occultation 20736i at DSS 63 on the pass spanning days 301/302 exhibit spurs (+/-60, 120, and/or 180 Hz). All egress occultations at DSS 15 on DOY 302 exhibit +/-180 Hz spurs.
