We estimate that the HGA rewind begins more than 5 minutes before ingress. We continue to see a +/-0.5 dB periodic fluctuation in the ADC input level at about 3 minutes after egress that lasts about 30 seconds for most of the measurements from DSS 24 on day 303, and all of the measurements from DSS 65 on day 304. Similar, but more severe, fluctuations were first reported in HEA3303A.TXT. The first measurement from DSS 14 on day 304 did not capture egress as the scheduled start of tracking was about 2 minutes after egress (occultation number 20763e, start time 2003/304-01:28:00). All measurements from DSS 65 on day 304 had rapid sinusoidal fluctuations in the ADC input level ranging from +/-0.2 to +/-0.5 dB and with period varying between 5-10 seconds (occultations 20771e-20774e, with start times 2003/304- 17:10:00 through 2003/304-23:03:00). All measurements from DSS 63 on day 303 had random fluctuation in the ADC input level with amplitude between +/-1 and +/- 2 dB (occultations 20758e through 20762e, start times 2003/303-15:39:00 through 2003/303-23:30:00). All measurements from DSS 14 on day 304 had +/-0.5 dB random fluctuations in the ADC input level (occultations 20764e through 20766e, start times 2003/304-03:26:00 through 2003/304-07:21:00). All measurements from DSS 43 on day 304 had +/-1 dB random fluctuations in the ADC input level (occultations 20766e through 20770e, with start times 2003/304-07:21:00 through 2003/304-15:12:00).
