There appear to be severe network problems at JPL. We have not received open-loop data processing reports or query summaries (both sent from our SOPC via e-mail through JPL to Stanford machines) since early Saturday. We have not been able to transfer data from JPL sources (e.g., the MGS DOM via mger1) to Stanford today. We will continue collecting approximately one ingress per day to monitor the HGA rewind effects. Small fluctuations in the ADC input level at about 3 minutes after egress due to solar panel movement were seen for most egress measurements listed in today's health report. The last measurement from DSS 34 on day 317 ended about 3 minutes after egress (ten minutes shorter than expected) since that was the scheduled end of tracking (occultation 20929e, with start time 2003/317-15:12:00). This measurement was also successfully collected by DSS 63. There was no signal for the only egress measurement from DSS 25 on day 319. Cause is currently unknown (orbit number 20947e, with start time 2003/319-02:32:00). All egress measurements from DSS 63 on day 317 had very strong +/-30 Hz spurs (occultations 20929e through 20933e, with start times 2003/317-15:12:00 through 2003/317-23:04:00). All egress measurements from DSS 43 on day 318 had +/-30, 60, 180, and 300 Hz spurs (occultations 20938e through 20941e, with start times 2003/318- 08:52:00 through 2003/318-14:45:00).
