It appears that other SOPCs have experienced no problems adjusting. Because we are using VPN, our situation is different. Some functions are working. But we have not been able to query for open loop data; and processing of all data (including spacecraft engineering and DSN Monitor data acquired at 1 AM local time) has been hindered because the MATLAB License Manager is only accessible intermittently. We have contacted both the VPN engineering staff and MMO GDS, and they are reportedly troubleshooting.
