     HEA5080A.PS1:  Allan deviation as a function of day number for days 050- 
                    072.  This is a companion plot to HEA5080A.PS1, which     
                    showed frequency variations in the USO caused by USO      
                    temperature changes that resulted from MOLA tests.  The   
                    Allan deviation does not correlate with the temperature   
                    or frequency changes.  The high values from days 063-064  
                    came from very noisy data acquired through DSS 43.        
                    Carrier level fluctuations of +/-0.7 dB have already been
