Due to a problem at DSS-15 (DR #G106621), the track containing the third ingress (DOY 132, 05:22 UTC), was moved to DSS-26. I reassigned the RSR to DSS-26 and was able to obtain the measurement (note that DSS-15 frequency predicts were used). Other than that, everything went smoothly, and the data have been made available to Stanford for analysis.
