We have learned that the DSS 15 X-MASER was red from 2006/210-14:15:00 to 2006/216-23:00:00. The DSS 15 X-HEMT was in use during that period. The system temperature difference between the X-MASER and the X-HEMT results in a signal-to-noise degradation of about 2 to 2.5 dB.
