PDS_VERSION_ID = PDS3 RECORD_TYPE = STREAM OBJECT = TEXT PUBLICATION_DATE = 2006-11-16 NOTE = "MGS RST Instrument Health Report HEAG320A.TXT" END_OBJECT = TEXT END Engineering Data ================ We were unable to obtain spacecraft engineering data for 2006/318 (2006-11-14) due to the ongoing spacecraft emergency. The following was received from Kyle Martin of LMA yesterday. There have been no MGS signal detections since at least 2006/310. Here's an update on the MRO image of MGS. - The star camera on MRO will be used to "find" MGS and provide future targeting information for a HiRise image - Star camera attempted to "observe" MGS earlier today - data is currently being analyzed - 2nd star camera attempt will occur on Thursday evening (local date/time) - results will be known on Friday morning - HiRise image attempt of MGS either Sunday or Monday Remember: This plan is still in work as the MRO folks analyze and design these image attempts. Open Loop Data ============== Data Collection --------------- No data collected. Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- We have obtained the following files from OSCARX: Collect By Type File Name Original File Name DOY (SOPC) -------- --- ---- ------------ ------------------------------------- 2006-320 JDT ODF G318319A.ODF 06318o319.dat 2006-320 JDT TNF G315H55A.TNF 20063150710_55.tnf 2006-320 JDT TNF G315O14A.TNF 20063151435_14.tnf 2006-320 JDT TNF G315T43A.TNF 20063151925_43.tnf Anomalies --------- The have been no confirmed detections of the MGS signal since 2006/307 and no likely detections since 2006/310; so the "data" in the ODF and TNF's listed above should be considered suspect.
