I called the station, and they said they don't have weather problems or other problems that might cause that. Since last night's pass was over DSS 54, I suspect that this is an I/F switch (again?!). The second measurement still had low RMS values, and the signal looked distorted. There were no DSP errors, and the station did not report problems.
