I thought it might be the I/F switch problem that we saw a couple of days ago at DSS 45. Before the second measurement, I cycled the I/F switch, but the RMS values were still low. The first two measurements were also captured at DSS 15, and the signal levels at 15 were OK. I changed the attenuation for the remaining three measurements, and that brought the RMS values back to normal values. However, this change was unexpected, so something was not right!
