This measurement was lost because the predicts did not load. The next measurement (8673i) had a few attenuation changes. The last one was at 17:50:18. The attenuation values have been unstable at SPC-40. The I/F switch was cycled before the second measurement, but that didn't help. Sal has been at Goldstone helping with NEAR.
