Here's what Tim reported: The DSP was rebooted after the 1st measurement (9378i). The station was performing diagnostics after the reboot. As Elias mentioned, the second measurement still had POCA errors and there was no signal. The station then declared the DSP red. DR#G06904 was opened at 12:24 UTC. At 12:58 UTC, the station reported that they found a bad cable that they thought was the cause of the problem and replaced it. The DSP was green and the remaining measurements were OK.
