There were many POCA and QSIA errors (if you recall, both were replaced about a month ago). THe station rebooted the DSP and took it out of the link to work on it, but they still weren't able to fix it. It was declared red. DR# G06923. You may be able to query for 9490i, but it has tons of POCA errors. Sal should be back from vacation. This would be a good time to also investigate the sawtooth problems that we still get once in a while. However, this measurement ran 13 minutes before BOT (1510) and started 5 minutes before (BOT was very close to ingress). My question is .. Does this count as a lost measurement? As you know, we try to capture measurements that are within 10 minutes (and sometimes 15) before BOT, and 5 minutes after EOT. Most of them were successful, but a couple weren't (particualarly because it was before BOT and the station was not tracking the s/c yet). The later were deleted from the logs (they ended before BOT). However, since 9491i ended just after BOT, I'm not sure whethere I should keep it in the log and count it as lost, or delete it. I will wait to hear back from you before I run mgsfinish. Meanwhile, if you'd like to query for the second measurement, the times are 1703-1710.
