The spcserver was down after the reboot, so the scripts did not run. 9597i was successfully captured over DSS 15, so It's strange that the person who was monitoring that pass didn't notice that the DSS 65 script did not run. However, the station cannot be held responsible for that one. They said that they rebooted the DSP prior to the pass, but not during the pass. The log shows that there was a reboot after the second measurement. The person who later came to monitor the SPC-10 pass reported that the that the 60 spcserver was down, and thinks that the DSP was not in the link.
