The station had transmitter Problems. The Ops Chief said that the antenna was on point at 0910 and first lock on the Signal (closed-loop receivers) was at 0951. Therefore, the second measurement may or may not have a signal. DR# G06997 was open. The remainder measurements were OK. There was a signal. Based on the numbers that I was getting, here's what may have happened: either the signal levels were too low (I/F switch problems?!), or there was no signal. The station confirmed that things were nominal, and I did not see any DSP problems at all. I would've gone to work to check on things, but I don't have a car! (still at the shop) If you do see a signal and the levels are OK, it could be that the signal has already disappeared when I was getting the values (but I doubt that). Today's pass (2001/140) seems to be going OK.
