It's an odd one though. The data start with noise at about -33 db (typical). Then over about 10 s the level goes up to about -29 db, and over another 10 s it goes back down to a little lower than its original -33 dB. It's almost as though a little signal was captured but then the receiver tuned away. There's nothing in the spectra, so whatever was there didn't make much of an impression. To get the status of the DSP and check signal presence, I did a "get all." There was some delay, and the signal levels were reported at 12:37:28. The values that I got indicated that there was no signal. The SOE shows "loss of X band signal" at 12:37:33, so I thought the reason why there was no signal is that ingress has already occurred. The remaining two were OK, so I thought that there wasn't a problem with the first one. I was mistaken.
