DSS-63 took RSR2A, and DSS-65 took RSR2B, but as soon as it was done, the RSR had to be released for DSS-54 to take over. By the way, a new soe came out that starts on DOY 351 with DSS-43. Should I send new messages with the new soe for DSS-43 on DOY 351, DSS-45 on DOY-45, and DSS-63 on DOY 351 (the last one that for sent out)?
