I'm wondering if this is a CDR problem, but I can't check this until I get to work maybe later today. RSR2A was used at both stations. The signal levels at DSS-63 were lower than expected. They were around 56 dB where they should've been around 63 with telemetry off. I checked the last two recordings, but I'm assuming the same happened with the first three. This is another thing that I will investigate when I get to work.
