I would have expected DSS 54 two-way data until 12/30 21:30. But then there is a long gap until DSS 15 picked up the two-way signal sometime after 01/01 19:15. The 'schedule' isn't always what happened; but this one was released AFTER these dates (01/04). I would be a little surprised if antennas were swapping in and out of two-way mode so late they didn't make it into the schedule. But it could happen. Your basic observation that there is a gap looks OK; but I can't confirm all of the details. Doubt we can do better. RMDCT, which makes ODFs available to us, seems to be marginally disfunctional these days.
