There has been no change in known Spacecraft status. Indications point to MGS being in C-Mode. The DSN has not been able to lock the telemetry Downlink data rate of 10bps due to the 41 minute coning rate. It is unknown whether the command to stop the coning was received by MGS due to the change telecom configurations. The focus of the rest of today and tonight is to gain solid telemetry lock in order to begin the determination the health and status of MGS.
