This was a dropout centered on approximately 02:30:22. We plot power in the RSR raw samples only once per second. It appears the dropout lasted about 5 seconds and was 17 dB below the normal level (carrier + noise) at its deepest. This was more than 4 minutes before ingress and we've not seen others; so our concern is relatively low. We don't yet have the corresponding ATDF, so I've not looked there (and probably won't unless this becomes more serious).
