Except for the fact that these are long files and the sampling rate is different (1 ksps versus our normal 2 ksps), there were no issues in reducing the data. I was expecting spacecraft signals for the tests; instead, I gather a test signal was injected at some point prior to the RSR's. The bad cable pops ups in the middle of the first test period. Prior to that, the RSR2B levels were running about 6 dB below A/D converter saturation. This compares to 2 dB for the other three recordings. During the second test, all four levels ran about 2 dB below saturation. FYI: We see no modulation on the carrier in the DSS 65 data (14490i through 14492i; 2002/156-09:33:00 through 13:39:00) collected immediately prior to Andre's tests.
