Sorry for the delay in sending you this. Apparently, DSS-25 had problems, and the support was switched to DSS-15 until DSS-25 problems were fixed. I was not aware of the change in coverage. Below are details about the problem as explained in the TMOD Daily Status Reports (DR G101659): DSS25/MGS 276/1530Z DR G101659 HARDWARE/UGC ENTERED 276/1733Z 0123 THE STATION COULD NOT LOCK TO THE S/C DOWNLINK AT 1530Z (BOT). DISPATCHED A TECHNICIAN AND THE RESPONSIBLE SSES FOR THE APC AND THE UWV. WHEN IT WAS REALIZED THAT A QUICK SOLUTION WAS NOT TO BE HAD THE SUPPORT WAS TRANSFERRED TO DSS15. DSS15 WAS IN LOCK TO THE DOWNLINK AT 173310Z AND WAS ABLE TO SUPPORT PROJECT UNTIL THE SOLUTION WAS FOUND FOR DSS25. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE BIAS POWER SUPPLY HAD BEEN TURNED OFF WITH THE FAILURE OF THE LNA LOOP. ONCE THIS WAS CORRECTED DSS25 WAS ABLE TO SUPPORT MGS FROM 204355Z TO THE SCHEDULED EOT TIME.
